Predictable Community capacity
MyPlate Presence does not rely on routine per-participant overage charges. If your Community exceeds its current capacity, we guide the Steward through a governed reconciliation into the appropriate plan. No automatic charge. No participant is abruptly removed.
A payer does not own a person's inner life
Community Administrators can manage participants, invitations, Circles, shared programs, and aggregate participation. They cannot see private journals, prayers, gratitude entries, discernment records, private Portrait details, or private formation activity by default. A church, organization, or household paying for your access does not create ownership of your private formation data. Your identity persists independently of who pays.

Plan Comparison
Every plan retains MyPlate's foundational privacy protections. Privacy is not a premium add-on. A person does not surrender private formation data merely because someone else pays for the plan, the person belongs to a family or community, or an administrator manages the subscription. Administration does not become surveillance. Community plans use capacity thresholds — no ordinary per-participant overage billing.

Commercial Transition Logic
Your commercial relationship with MyPlate may change as your responsibility grows. These transitions are governed — not automatic.
Subscriber → Steward Courtesy
If you already pay for an Individual subscription and later launch a paid Community, your first month of the new Community subscription is on us as a thank-you for taking on greater stewardship responsibility.
This is a governed one-time courtesy — not a promotional offer. It is tracked per identity and cannot be reused through cancel/recreate.
When you already pay and join a Community
Your identity and history remain yours. Joining a Community does not create another identity. Some Community-sponsored access may overlap with your personal subscription. MyPlate will guide you through a Courtesy Transition Review where you decide how your personal coverage should continue.
Private data is never transferred to the Community. A sponsor pays for access — not for ownership of your inner life.
Community membership ≠ free Individual subscription
Community membership gives you access associated with that Community's sponsorship. It does not automatically mean every Community member receives the complete paid Individual subscription forever. An independently owned Personal entitlement remains distinct from Community-sponsored participation.
When sponsorship ends, your identity remains intact. You may restore Individual, join Family, or remain in a limited non-paid identity state.
Cancellation and continuity
Your MyPlate identity and historical Presence are not treated as disposable simply because a subscription or sponsorship changes. We do not promise indefinite access to paid features after cancellation — but we do promise preservation of identity and history.
The value proposition is preservation of identity and history — not free permanent entitlement.
Privacy as Commercial Value
Privacy is not a premium add-on or legal fine print. It is part of the product's value proposition.
Organizational payment
A church, organization, or community paying for your access does not create ownership of your private formation data.
Family payment
A household payer does not automatically gain access to private journals, prayers, or personal reflections of family participants.
Community administration
Community Administrators can manage operational matters — membership, invitations, billing, and shared experiences. They cannot inspect private journals, prayers, gratitude entries, discernment records, or private formation activity.
Member identity
Your identity persists independently of who pays. If a sponsorship ends, you remain you — with your history, your formation, and your consent controls intact.
No inference of commercial ownership of personal data. Separate explicit consent is required for any sharing.
Stewardship as Commercial Value
Communities gain operational control. People retain personal boundaries. Governance is deliberate.
Governed participation
Communities gain tools to manage participants, invitations, Circles, shared programs, and aggregate participation — without turning people into disposable SaaS seats.
Bounded authority
Purchasing a higher plan does not grant authority over people's private lives. Commercial tier and administrative authority are distinct dimensions.
Auditable relationships
Participation and payment relationships remain auditable. Sponsorship, payer changes, and transitions are recorded — not hidden.
Scaling with dignity
Scaling does not require converting people into administrative records. Every participant retains an individual identity with private formation preserved.

Important boundaries
You can decide whether to designate a legacy recipient, identify the person you trust, record your permissions, and change your decision at any time. Automatic delivery to your designated recipient is not yet active — your recorded preferences are preserved and will govern future delivery according to the permissions you establish.
