Biofeedback data — including metrics related to sleep, activity, or physiological patterns — is used solely to enrich your personal Flourishing Profile and is never shared, sold, or used for advertising purposes. Apple Health™ is a proprietary product of Apple Inc. MyPlate.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. All trademarks, service marks, and product names are the property of their respective owners.
All data you provide to MyPlate.com — including biofeedback integrations — remains under your control at all times. You may disconnect any integration, review your stored data, or request complete data deletion at any time through your account settings. Revocation of biofeedback consent immediately halts data collection from that source.
MyPlate.com does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. Biofeedback data displayed within the platform is for informational and formation purposes only. Any observations derived from biofeedback data are reflective — they are designed to support self-awareness and formation, not to diagnose health conditions or replace medical care.
The platform's interpretation of biofeedback data reflects patterns relevant to flourishing dimensions — such as balance, rest, and energy — and does not constitute clinical assessment. Users should not make medical decisions based on insights generated by the MyPlate.com platform.
