How Usage Works
Participant-minutes measure cumulative attended time. They are not “free minutes” — they are the included capacity in your plan.

Recording capacity is separate from participant-minute usage. A 60-minute recording consumes 60 recording minutes — participant count does not multiply your recording allowance.

Recording hours are presented in hours for clarity. Internally, recording is metered in minutes.

Packs add temporary usage capacity to your current billing cycle. They do not unlock higher-tier features, change your plan, or upgrade your role.

Packs add temporary capacity only. They do not unlock higher-tier features, change your plan identity, upgrade your role, or change Community authority.
Expiration: Unused pack capacity expires at the end of your current billing cycle. No rollover.
Upgrade may be better value: If you regularly need this much additional capacity, the next LIVE plan may cost less and include additional capabilities.

Recording is visible
Recording indicators are shown to participants. Recording is not hidden from those in a session.
Consent and notice matter
Participant consent and notice are part of the LIVE experience. Sessions include disclosure before participation.
Access remains governed
Recordings and LIVE sessions remain access-governed. Community permissions still apply to who can see what.
Not public by default
Recordings are not public unless intentionally published by an authorized user. Your content stays yours.
